  1. WOW! I suck! So my excuses are as follows;
    1) I had a brutal workout the day before and am crazy sore.
    2) MY workouts have been slackin' lately if anything at all.

    But I'm getting my focus back and I decided to tackle this workout today. It looks like this

    first 50 with ~35kg bag = 13:46
    next 50 with ~16kg bag = 10:39

    22:17 but was caught out without my SB so had to use olympic weights. 50% bodyweight (50kg ) total.

    Didnt find it too bad, just a bit of a mind game. Pulled up fine today.
