10 Sandbag Cleans, 10 Sandbag Walking Lunges, 10 Sandbag Thruster Burpees. As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes.

  1. Nice -- that looks like another good one, Matthew! So are you using your 75g rucksack "sandbag" for all of those, as per the picture above? I'll be starting to add your sandbag exercises to my "regime" on Jan 1. Going Whole30 and sandbag fitness as of the New Year. I've got some goals set for April 1. :)
