Todays Workout - Don't Stop Believin

100 Sandbag Overhead Press as fast as you can. You get a 10 Sandbag Back Squat penalty for every rest period that you need to take. A rest is defined as either letting the sandbag drop below chest height or stopping for more than 3 seconds.

Men aim for a 50kg sandbag; women aim for 25kg.

Record your time.

Train hard!

11:47  with a 40kg SB (fat gripz).... not that the gripz were much of a factor... Having said that even on this one I noticed the difference.

Cursed you and your unhealthy obsession with overhead pressing the whole way.

    Hi Josh - what about:

    200 Skips, 10 Sandbag Shoulder-to- Shoulder Press, 15 Toes-to-Bar, 20 Box Jumps. 5 rounds.

200 skips, 15 shoulder to shoulder (40kg) SB, 20 50cm box jumps, 15 TRX body saws (no chin bar in the bush).

I think my shoulders are just blown from all the overhead pressing, felt tired as soon as I put it on my shoulder, luckily I do a stack of skipping during boxing so that was a bit of a rest.

Nice time....those shoulder - 2 - shoulder presses are pretty hard going too. So much more challenging than a regular overhead press
