Todays Workout - Sandbags 'n' Stuff

10 Sandbag High Pulls,
10 Push Ups,
10 Sandbag Goblet Squats,
10 Sandbag Overhead Press.

Complete 5 rounds as fast as you can.

Record your score.

  1. Started with 30k bag but swapped to 20k after 2 rounds. Not very respectable time of 12.56. Will try again with light bag next time. Used single handle for goblet squat - nearest I could come to replicating kettle bell grip. Great circuit for me as I am time poor this month.
