Todays Workout - Fight the Power

Complete as many heavy Ground-to-Overhead sandbag lifts as you can within a 15 minute time period.

Record both the weight of your sandbag and the number of repetitions you perform.

Train hard!

    Thanks Matthew, since I currently only own a light sandbag I decided to go for reps. I'm currently looking for getting a second bag as well, or at least inner bag to be filled with sand. The current ones are filled with wood pellets.

    That's the great thing about those types of workouts - you can approach them how you wish. You could also experiment with iron shot (just add it in with any other filling). It adds a huge amount of weight for very little volume.

    Well done Dan! It's one of my favourite workouts - no nonsense, just simple hard work. And, as you say, can be quite humbling - which I always find is a good thing
