Todays Workout - 5, 10, 15, 20

5 Pull Ups, 10 Sandbag Round-the-Worlds, 15 Sandbag Overhead Press, 20 Sandbag Back Squats. 5 rounds.

Men aim for a 40kg/15kg sandbag; women aim for 20kg/7.5kg.

Record your time.

Train hard!

    i'm going to give this one a go in the morning (i've been sick, so i'm playing catch up).
    Just a quick question, with Round The Worlds, how do you count them?
    Do you just do 10 one way, or 10 each way?

  2. Hi Nick - each way, and I also try to alternate which direction I start from (just to keep things balanced). Let me know how you get on - it was tough!
