Men aim for a 35kg sandbag; women aim for 15kg.

    21/15/9 for time

    SB high pulls
    SB push press
    Chin ups (alternate grip)
    HSPU
    Hindu push ups (dive bomber)

    I think 40kg SB should do it.

    That looks good! The HSPU always slow me down - but that's not a bad thing. I'll get this done over the next week and put up a time. How did you do on it?
