100 Sandbag Push Press. 10 Pull Up penalty for every rest you need to take. 


Men aim for a 50kg sandbag; women aim for 25kg.

Record your time.

Train hard!

    I love Push Presses so this is one of the better workouts for me - and of course that dramatically cuts down on the Pull Ups too!
