cheers mate. yeah, i tried a couple of knees to elbows on the supports to my outside area, but it was too think for me to be able to grip it for more than 3 in a row, (especially after the thrusters), so i switched to pushups in the middle of the workout. next time i'll plan ahead a little :)

5 sets with only necessary rest
ring dips (8)
renegade rows - including push up (8) w/2 pood KB
