Todays Workout - It's My Birthday (and I'll cry if I want to)

33 Burpees, 33 Pull Ups, 33 Sandbag Cleans, 33 Sandbag Zercher Squats. 3 rounds. I'm not looking forward to my 34th birthday....


Men aim for a 40kg sandbag; women aim for 20kg.

Record your time.

Train hard!

    I did a version of thr 100 ohp / 200 sqts yesterday so NO THANKS on this one for today!! and I'm 41.... so it will be OUCH!! Ps Bucking Furpees.......T-Rex hates them too!!!!
