5 Knees-to-Elbows,
10 Sandbag Thrusters,
50 Sandbag Wood-chops.

Complete 5 rounds as fast as possible.

    I did 5 rounds with a 30kg sandbag in 9:40.

    Hi Graeme, hold a sandbag in 2 hands and make a rotational movement from knee height to the opposite shoulder. Make sure you repeat on both sides. Your arms should stay straight throughout the movement and you should aim to make most of the movement come from your legs and torso.
