If you absolutely cannot get a bar then you could sub for sandbag high pulls or even sandbag bent-over-rows. If you want some tips on how to make your own pull up bar then let me know. Matt

ReplyDeleteundergrasp chin ups. bear hug squats (heavy zerchers tend to aggrevate a lower back injury).
preceeded by a 3.2km (2mile) cross country run (15:32)with mud.
