Jon B - you've got a time to beat now, that's how I always look at these things - especially when the workout feels really tough. As long as you keep a note of each time you'll have something to aim for.

I was breathing very heavy by the end of this! Too much pushing.
ReplyDeleteMad props to you guys. I tried this with a 35kg bag, and it took me 33:40. 90 reps of each of those pretty much did me in.
