Yeah, this one was a bodyweight only workout - hence the title. And I actually messed up the posting as well - I did 9 box jumps per round instead of 6. I did write this immediately after finishing the workout though.

ReplyDeleteThey should do just fine - just make sure you are getting enough height. I used a 24 inch box
