Todays Workout - Dude where's your sandbag?

3 Pull Ups, 6 Push/Press Ups, 6 Box Jumps. As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes.

Record your score.

  5. They should do just fine - just make sure you are getting enough height. I used a 24 inch box

  7. Don't see the use of a sandbag listed in the workout,but no doubt you can make it tough as you want

  8. Yeah, this one was a bodyweight only workout - hence the title. And I actually messed up the posting as well - I did 9 box jumps per round instead of 6. I did write this immediately after finishing the workout though.
